Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you are happy with your Spirit Jersey® purchase. However, in the event that you've changed your mind or need to exchange something, we're happy to accept unworn, unwashed items with tags and care labels still attached.
Returns Policy:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your order delivery date.
- Final Sale items: Items purchased on sale can be returned for store credit only.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Please include a copy of your confirmation email or packing slip.
Domestic Returns:
- A prepaid return label will be provided by our return portal at returns.spiritjersey.com.
- A return shipping fee of $8.95 will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Returns for store credit will not be charged a return shipping fee.
- If you use your own return carrier, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
International Returns:
- Prepaid return labels are not available for international orders.
- We do not reimburse shipping charges, duties, or taxes.

- Spirit Jersey® is not liable for returns which have been damaged or lost in transit.

Store Credit & Refund Processing Time:
- Store Credits & Refunds are processed within 4-7 business days of package receipt.
- Refunds are issued to your original method of payment. Your banking institution may require additional time to process your refund.
