I am absolutely obsessed with this shirt and the sparkle wash in general. Ive had this shirt for about 6/8 months now and wear it very rarely as im afraid to loose all the sparkle. It is truly such a beautiful, cool and comfortable shirt. The compliments I get on it, are many. However, like i said, ive had it about 6-8 months now and the glitter is dissappearing quicker and quicker. Which is heartbreaking. I skip washes and follow care instructions when i do wash it, but i think its just inevitable. Its impossible to get a pretty tiny glitter like this TRULY permanent. Now. With all that said, not only have I bought this shirt for my best friend for Christmas too, but I just bought it AGAIN so I have a backup. Yes, I bought another as a backup, its that good. Not only did I get a backup but I got the entire dark crystal collection, including the sparkle wash shirt. So. I think just be realistic. I wasnt when I bought this. The glitter does not last forever. But thats ok. Wash it ONLY when it absolutely needs to be washed and buy a backup. 😂 Ill attach photos of what's left of the sparkle, the sleeves seemed to have held on better in some spots. The quality overall of spirit jersey, sparkle wash or not, is incredible.
